Bitcoin On The Peak Of Its Bull Run As Price Breaks Above $22K To Set New ATH

After breaking above the figure of $20,000 yesterday on the 16th of November, the top-ranked cryptocurrency Bitcoin has set another new all-time high value. The leading digital currency has surpassed above $22,000 in price value. Bitcoin has achieved this significant milestone for the first time in its whole history. The last time, Bitcoin started a bull run like this back in the year 2017 when it recorded its all-time high value of around $19,800. However, this bull-run is different from the one that occurred three years ago.

Bitcoin Price Surpasses Above $22.5K

There is nothing slowing down the upward movement of Bitcoin as the primary cryptocurrency is standing on the peak of its bull run.  The price value of Bitcoin has surged above the bullish price mark of $22,000. Prior to reaching this mark, the coin broke two important resistance levels $20k and $21,000 respectively. And it has broken these resistances within the duration of just one day.

Over the course of the last 24 hours, the major cryptocurrency has added more than $3000 in its price value. On a weekly basis, the price value of the coin is up more than 21 percent. While on the other hand, Bitcoin’s price is up over 16 percent in the last 24 hours while trading at around $22,600.

Bitcoin has achieved this milestone with only two weeks left in the year 2020. Many cryptocurrency analysts and Bitcoin advocators already predicted that the flagship cryptocurrency will register the milestone of $20,000. It not only has achieved this breakout but its price has also skyrocketed above the figure of $22k as well. Looking at the current bullish sentiment of the coin which is by the way on the peak level, it seems that the first-ranked digital currency has set a new aim to break above the next bullish level of $25k.

Bitcoin’s market cap surpasses above $400 billion

This breakout of $22k has boosted the market capitalization of the leading digital currency as well which has now surged above the $400 billion mark. It is also the first time in the history of Bitcoin that the coin has reached this figure in market capitalization. According to CoinMarketCap’s data, the market cap of Bitcoin is now standing at around $415 billion at the press time.

With this market cap, Bitcoin has now become the 12th largest asset in the world in terms of market capitalization, as per the data from Asset Dash.
